The case was set to return to the courts where Judge Alexander Owens would address whether to finalize cost issues and remarks made by McGregor on social media following the trial’s conclusion.
Attorney Siun Leonowicz, representing Hand, informed Judge Owens about her attempt to notify McGregor’s legal representatives regarding the planned injunction.
This situation pertains to the CCTV footage that was shown to the jury, featuring Hand, McGregor, and their acquaintances Danielle Kealy and James Lawrence in different parts of the Beacon Hotel on the date in question.
