However, one of her standout performances occurred in 2024 during The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, where virtually everyone in the NFL was fair game.

Glaser’s jabs at Brady were truly legendary, kicking off with his recent divorce from Gisele Bündchen. “Tom Brady, five-time Super Bowl MVP, with the most career wins and touchdowns, seven rings…or should I say eight, now that Gisele wants hers back,” Nikki humorously quipped.
She didn’t hold back on the reasons behind his divorce, stating, “Tom, the only thing less intelligent than you agreeing to this roast was when you suggested Gisele try jiujitsu.”

In the past, Nikki has taken jabs at other NFL legends as well—all revolving around Brady. When roasting Rob Lowe, she said to Peyton Manning, “I enjoy you in commercials; I’d label you the greatest of all time—like the Tom Brady of commercials.”
