Pamela Anderson Explains Her Attendance at Trump’s Birthday Bash as a Professional Obligation

Pamela Anderson appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday to talk about her new project, The Last Showgirl, and to share memorable moments and challenges from her career.

During the conversation, Kimmel mentioned an interesting story he heard about Anderson attending one of Donald Trump‘s birthday celebrations. The Baywatch actress clarified that this happened during her Playboy Playmate years.

“As a Playmate, I was offered $500 a day to attend events, so that’s how I ended up at that birthday celebration,” Pamela explained.

Agreeing with Kimmel‘s humorous comment about the need to hire guests for parties, Pamela shared a laugh with the audience.

Pamela Anderson reminisces about her journey

Pamela dazzled in a luxurious Chanel black silk ensemble that resembled chic pajamas, complemented by pearl-studded black heels. Her straight blonde hair with bangs added to her sophisticated yet casual look.

In a recent interview with Elle, Pamela expressed her desire to refine her style.

“I aim for a more polished look without appearing overly styled.”

She shared insights into the filming of The Last Showgirl, which took place in just 18 days in Las Vegas, a journey she made from British Columbia with her assistant.

“I enjoy a good road trip,” she stated.

The film was shot at the Rio Hotel and Casino, where Pamela stayed in a residence that belonged to a former husband. She even hosted the girls from the Jubilee show with homemade vegetable soup.

“Cooking together helps you bond,” she noted.

Despite missing out on an Oscar nomination, Pamela received a nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role at the upcoming SAG Awards. She is set to compete against Cynthia Erivo (Wicked), Karla Sofia Gascon (Emilia Perez), Mikey Madison (Anora), and Demi Moore (The Substance) at the event on February 23.

“I’m thrilled about the SAG nomination; it’s a recognition from your peers, which is truly special,” she told Elle, appreciating the acknowledgment from her fellow actors.
