After an attempt on the life of former President Donald Trump, rapper 50 Cent made a bold move by incorporating Trump’s image into the iconic cover of his album “Get Rich or Die Tryin’.” The altered artwork was revealed during 50 Cent‘s concert in Boston where he performed “Many Men” from his debut album released in 2003.
The modified cover featured Trump‘s face superimposed on the rapper’s bare-chested body, positioned behind shattered glass, symbolizing a bullet impact. This artistic reinterpretation seemed to reference the recent shooting incident at one of Trump’s campaign events.
In “Many Men,” 50 Cent shares his harrowing experience of surviving a near-fatal shooting incident in 2000.
Commenting on the situation, 50 Cent posted the altered album cover on social media with a message, “Trump gets shot and now I’m trending.”
During a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, former President Trump narrowly escaped an attempt on his life when a 20-year-old named Thomas Matthew Crooks fired shots with an AR-style rifle. Secret Service agents intervened swiftly, neutralizing the assailant.
Acknowledging Secret Service Agents
Following the incident where he sustained a minor injury to his right ear, Trump was swiftly escorted off the stage by Secret Service members. He expressed gratitude to the Secret Service and law enforcement on his Truth Social platform for their rapid response.
Trump further extended condolences to the families affected by the violence at the rally and highlighted the alarming nature of such acts in the country.
He also acknowledged the mysterious shooter who perished in the incident and recounted his firsthand experience of the shooting, emphasizing the gravity of the situation and concluding with patriotic sentiments.
