The passing of Rich Homie Quan at the age of 34 has been confirmed. TMZ reported that the rapper’s family and a representative from the Fulton County morgue stated that Quan died at his home on September 5. The cause of his death has not been disclosed at this time.
Previously known for hits like “Type of Way” and “Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh),” Rich Homie Quan was also part of the Rich Gang hip hop collective, appearing on the group’s 2014 track “Lifestyle” alongside Young Thug.
