Beyond the talents of Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney, the upcoming third season of ‘Euphoria’ will feature a prominent new face: Rosalia. The acclaimed Spanish singer has paused her musical career to embrace a new role in acting. Her participation in the new episodes marks her first foray into Max‘s scripted series, and she has shared her thoughts on this exciting venture.
Rosalia, a highlight of the recent Met Gala in New York, discussed her experience during an interview with Vogue about the filming of ‘Euphoria’, anticipated to premiere on Max in 2026. “This is my first job, and I’m learning and exploring,” she expressed regarding her debut in acting.
Rosalia Enthusiastic About Taking on ‘Euphoria’
Stepping onto the series’ set, Rosalia faces a significant challenge: “I try hard not to forget my lines.” She noted, “It was inspiring to work with such a talented cast. We’re figuring things out together, having fun, and trying out new ideas,” she shared.
“Euphoria has been my favorite series in recent years, and I feel incredibly thankful to be acting with people I respect and to share my perspective,” Rosalia stated in her Vogue interview. She’s not the only new face joining the show, as Sharon Stone, Marshawn Lynch, and Kadeem Hardison are also part of the third season’s cast.
This season of ‘Euphoria’ will take a leap of five years from the previous events, signifying that the main characters will have moved on from high school. The new installment is set for a 2026 release, though Max has yet to confirm this timeline and changes may still occur.
