Ryan Reynolds on Taylor Swift: Hilariously Expensive ‘Nanny’

Ryan Reynolds jokes about expensive 'nanny' Taylor Swift: The accountant said 'cost-prohibitive'

Ryan Reynolds and his spouse Blake Lively share a close bond with well-known singer Taylor Swift. The famous actor, with a humorous touch, jokingly referred to Swift as a pricey babysitter.

The couple, blessed with four children, was playfully teased by Hugh Jackman during an exclusive E! News interview, suggesting that the Eras Tour icon was their nanny, to which Reynolds responded in jest.

“I believe the accountant said ‘cost-prohibitive,’ but I think his real message was more like ‘this is crazy expensive-what are you thinking-I’m not your accountant anymore.'”

Reynolds Clarifies No Swift Cameo in Deadpool

Speculation has been rife about the involvement of Taylor Swift in the latest Deadpool movie due to her close ties with Lively and Reynolds.

Nevertheless, the 47-year-old actor was quick to quash such rumors, despite acknowledging Swift’s potential as a valuable addition to the cast.

“I want to make it clear that there is no cameo for Taylor in this film just because she’s a friend,” he affirmed.

He added, “If there ever comes a time when someone else plays Deadpool, Taylor would actually be a fantastic choice.

“She has a comedic talent that she doesn’t often showcase: she’s one of the funniest people I know.”

Reynolds Enjoys Eras Tour in Madrid

Recently in May, Reynolds and Lively were present at one of Swift’s Eras Tour concerts in Madrid, Spain.

The renowned pair was seen sharing affectionate moments and snapping a selfie in the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu stands as they soaked in Swift’s live performance.

It wasn’t the first time Blake Lively had seen a concert in Madrid, as she and her daughter earlier attended the initial show of Taylor Swift‘s tour with the Haim sisters.
