Insider MyTimeToShineHello reports that Cavill is the preferred candidate and has begun discussions with the team behind the new ‘Star Wars’ trilogy led by Simon Kinberg. However, details regarding his potential character remain unclear.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga is fielding numerous offers following her performance in ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’. She is slated to collaborate with Jenna Ortega in the upcoming Netflix series ‘Wednesday’. There are speculations that Gaga may take on the role of a Jedi instructor or an antagonist in Kinberg’s trilogy. While discussions with LucasFilm are ongoing, it is also a possibility that her part could be for a series.
