A video shared by a Trump supporter who attended the rally captured the moment fans, holding “Make America Great Again” flags, gathered around West’s vehicle. The unexpected appearance of Kanye West and his wife surprised many attendees.
In the video, Kanye West seemed to address the crowd, although his words were drowned out by the cheers and excitement of fans. Meanwhile, Bianca Censori, 29, appeared uneasy, sitting in the passenger seat and avoiding eye contact with the crowd. After a brief interaction, West swiftly left, leaving fans shouting behind.
“We love you, Kanye!” could be heard from one enthusiastic supporter.
Kanye West’s Previous Support for Donald Trump
While Kanye West, 47, has not publicly discussed the upcoming election between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, his past endorsement of Trump is well-known. In 2016, West mentioned at his San Jose concert that he would have voted for Trump if he had cast a ballot.
Over time, West has been seen wearing the iconic “Make America Great Again” hat and had discussions with Trump at the White House on issues like prison reform. However, their relationship faced challenges in 2022 when Trump criticized West for inviting far-right activist Nick Fuentes to a dinner at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. Trump expressed his disappointment on Truth Social.
“So I help a seriously troubled man, who just happens to be black, Ye, who has been decimated in his business and virtually everything else,” mentioned Trump.
