Despite her comfort with nudity, Sydney has expressed some concerns about the industry’s perception of actors and actresses who choose to do nude scenes. She wishes there could be more open conversations regarding this aspect of their work.

Hollywood Stars’ Differing Stances on Nudity

Sydney’s willingness to bare it all contrasts with other Hollywood stars like Jennifer Aniston and Emilia Clarke, who have taken different approaches. Emilia Clarke, known for her role as Daenerys Targaryen in Game Of Thrones, insisted on keeping covered up on set, while Lena Headley used a body double for nude scenes as Cersei Lannister.

“I’ve had fights on set before where I’m like, ‘No, the sheet stays up,'” Clarke shared during an interview in 2019. “And they’re like, ‘You don’t wanna disappoint your Game of Thrones fans,’ and I’m like, ‘F**k you.’
