An Illinois family is preparing for a Christmas celebration themed after Taylor Swift.
This past year, Amy and Brian Scott captured attention online with their beautifully decorated home in Naperville, Illinois, showcasing various themes from Swift’s extensive career.
Inspired by Taylor’s “Red,” “Speak Now,” “1989,” and “Evermore” eras, the family plans to introduce three additional themes for 2024.
With Swift’s Eras Tour concluding, the Scott family will incorporate elements from “Reputation,” “Folklore,” and “Tortured Poets Department.”
New features in their design include a cabin reminiscent of Swift’s “Folklore” segment and a large display of her “Reputation” album cover.
The Scott family also honors the song “Gorgeous” from the “Reputation” album by placing the lyrics on a stylish lawn sign.
A standout design feature
One of the most remarkable additions includes a representation from Taylor’s latest album. The family has created a large display featuring a vintage typewriter, a cutout of a “Black Dog,” and a selection of beloved lyrics placed strategically in their yard.
The “Tortured Poets Department” area is enhanced with two prominent cutouts—one of Swift in a stunning white gown and the other depicting Travis Kelce dressed elegantly in a top hat and coattails, reminiscent of his appearance alongside Swift during a London performance.
