Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce took advantage of the NFL bye week for the Kansas City Chiefs, enjoying a fun night out in New York City with friends Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. The group chose to dine at The Corner Store, a trendy location in SoHo, on Friday night.
Swift and Kelce appeared relaxed and fashionable as they arrived at the restaurant together. As reported by Page Six, Swift dressed elegantly in a Gucci corset, complemented by a black leather skirt and a chic camel overcoat. Kelce, on the other hand, went for a casual look with a Jacquemus bowling shirt, paired with black trousers and white sneakers.
Departed Kansas City after Saints victory
This evening out followed shortly after the Kansas City Chiefs triumphed over the New Orleans Saints. Swift and Kelce were observed leaving Kansas City earlier in the week, accompanied by Swift’s father, Scott, who had been present for the game.
The trio was seen boarding a private jet, with Kelce arriving an hour later due to his recording schedule for the New Heights podcast, which happens on Tuesdays.
In that week’s podcast, Kelce was somewhat reticent when his brother Jason inquired about his bye week plans. Kelce replied affirmatively, suggesting he had plans, but did not reveal any specifics, mentioning that they would discuss it on the show if it got public.
On that same Friday, Kelce was spotted on what appeared to be the set of “Happy Gilmore 2,” leading to speculation about his participation in a possible sequel.
Looking ahead, Kelce is set to return to play on October 20 against the San Francisco 49ers in California, while Swift is preparing to continue her Eras Tour, with her next concert scheduled in Miami on October 18.
