TikTok user Carley shared her personal experience of attending the game and noted the heightened security measures around the Kelce family suite, which included:
- Ticket Verification: Swift’s security team checked tickets again for fans sitting nearby to ensure authorized access.
- No Photos or Autographs: Attendees were prohibited from asking for pictures or autographs from the star.
- No Passing Items: Items intended for Swift could not be given to her through the suite windows.
Regardless of these limitations, Carley mentioned that Swift was friendly during the event, stating, “Yes, I did get to talk to her, which was a very unforgettable experience.” She added, “It was a short interaction but something I’ll always remember. … She really acts like a fan just enjoying the moment, which is amazing.”
Balancing Security and Enjoyment
Carley also noted Swift’s behavior during the game, observing that the artist changed her position in the suite according to the game play. “She moves to the back when the Chiefs are on defense and returns to the front for Travis Kelce‘s offensive plays,” Carley explained.

“The security wasn’t overly strict or aggressive,” Carley shared. “There were no bodyguards in the stands. I’m sure there was someone in the suite, but it wasn’t anything overwhelming.”
