After bidding farewell to Taylor Swift following their exciting summer fling, Travis Kelce, the renowned tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, has returned to Missouri to gear up for the upcoming NFL season.
During the Chiefs training camp, Kelce exhibited qualities that would make him a great dad, as he took time to mentor a fellow teammate on improving his game.
Kelce’s Gestures toward Taylor Swift
Despite their busy schedules that often keep them apart in different cities, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are cherishing every moment together as their relationship nears the one-year mark. Kelce dedicated as much time as possible to Swift and even attended the Eras Tour with her in Germany.
During a training camp session, Kelce was spotted sharing skills and insights with rookie Jared Wiley, reflecting patience and mentorship—a quality that could indicate his aptitude for fatherhood to Swift.
The Chiefs are conducting their open practices at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph as part of the training camp. Their first preseason game against the Jacksonville Jaguars is set for Aug. 15, with the regular season kicking off on Sept. 5.
Kansas City picked Wiley in the fourth round of the 2024 Draft. The former Horned Frog showcased impressive stats, with 90 receptions for 1,013 yards and 15 touchdowns across 59 games. Scouts commended his speed and strength but pointed out his tendency to wait for passes rather than actively seeking them out.
Considering Kelce’s potential retirement in the near future, Head Coach Andy Reid is strategically planning for the team’s offensive needs to support quarterback Mahomes effectively.
As the duo, both currently 34 years old and immersed in demanding careers, cherished their final moments together before Kelce refocused on football.
