Tyreek Hill claims that the OnlyFans model suing him is merely seeking to promote her own account, as the Miami Dolphins’ wide receiver faces allegations of causing her a serious leg injury during an outdoor exercise session that required surgery.
The athlete reportedly charged at Sophie Hall with such force that it led to her needing an operation, prompting her lawsuit for $50,000 over negligence, battery, and assault.
In response, Hill accused her of attempting to boost her influencer status to increase her earnings from her adult content account, where she sells explicit videos for $57.60. She emphasizes her productions as, “tall girl content, BBW, b/g, crushing, face-sitting, goddess worshipping,” and “giantess” material.
According to Hill’s attorney, Robert Horwitz, “Some of her accounts are subscription-based, requiring users to pay a monthly fee.” He added, “Her financial success hinges on her visibility to as many people as possible.”
Horwitz remarked, “It appears the plaintiff is driven not just by financial gain in this lawsuit, but also by a desire to expand her online influence.”
Hall, a British national, boasts over three million followers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X.com (formerly Twitter), and on OnlyFans, she promotes a “free nude tape” and a 30-day trial to attract subscribers.
What led to the incident?
Hall claims her interactions with Hill began after enrolling her son in the Tyreek Hill Football Camp in May 2023, during which he sent her flirtatious messages and invited her to his home in Florida.
On June 28, she visited his residence, where he asked her to take part in some drills aimed at helping her understand the sport better.
During this, Hill reportedly reacted with aggression when Hall blocked his advance, leading to a forceful encounter that caused her serious injuries.
As a result, she suffered a fracture in her right leg that necessitated surgery, while Hill contests the severity of her injuries, claiming she may have sustained them during a trip to Puerto Rico.
