Unraveling the Mystery: Was Liam Payne’s Balcony Accident More Than It Seems?

Did Liam Payne's fatal balcony plunge hide a sinister plot? $60,000 Rolex missing and murder suspicions loom

Argentinian authorities are delving into unsettling new avenues regarding the death of British artist Liam Payne. Nearly a month post his fatal incident, his $60,000 Rolex is still missing, prompting detectives to explore the possibility that his demise could be linked to a perilous drug network rather than being purely accidental.

The vanishing watch

Authorities in Buenos Aires quickly realized that the Rolex Payne had on just before his death had vanished from the scene. The absence of this expensive item has detectives questioning its significance: could this watch help unveil the truth of that night?

“The watch holds crucial information,” a police insider revealed. “Was there someone else with him? Did that person attempt to take the Rolex, leading to a struggle that caused his tragic fall?”

Investigating drug concerns

Another troubling theory under investigation is whether Payne may have taken a dangerous batch of drugs that impaired his judgment. Initially, it was thought he was alone when he plunged from the balcony of the CasaSur Palermo Hotel. However, this has come into question as three individuals were arrested recently in relation to his passing. Among those arrested is a hotel staff member accused of supplying cocaine to Payne, facing severe charges of “abandonment leading to death” and “drug facilitation.”

Sources have confirmed that Payne was in possession of the Rolex “for at least two to three hours” prior to his fall. Surveillance footage captures him wearing it, yet it was nowhere to be found when police arrived. Investigators have searched his hotel room and the residences of the arrested suspects, along with two escorts seen with him, but the watch remains missing.

“Video evidence shows he had the Rolex just before his fall,” a police official stated. “Its disappearance raises considerable questions about the events that unfolded before his tragic end.”

Twists in the investigation

Argentinian prosecutors, led by Andrés Esteban Madrea, are thoroughly analyzing all aspects of the case. They have painstakingly reviewed over 800 hours of CCTV footage and are investigating Payne’s phone calls, texts, and app data. The circumstances surrounding his possible “diminished consciousness” at the moment of his fall add layers of intrigue to the inquiry.
