On Tuesday, October 8, an attorney representing the alleged victims addressed the media on Telecinco’s afternoon show, ‘TardeAR,’ hosted by Ana Rosa Quintana. Crystal del Toro revealed startling statistics: there are currently 120 complainants and over 12,000 calls have been received in recent hours.
The lawyer provided distressing details, stating, “Among the 120 complainants, half are male and half are female, with at least 24 being minors during the incidents. The youngest was just nine years old.” Her remarks highlight the severe nature of the investigation.
Del Toro described the situation as “a tremendous tragedy,” emphasizing that the events took place at Diddy‘s parties. She noted that a tranquilizing substance meant for horses was allegedly used, leaving victims “completely disoriented” and under control.

The most shocking aspect of the case involves allegations of rapes that left victims helpless and unable to escape. The attorney mentioned that “this isn’t just about high-profile figures and celebrities; significant establishments including banks and hotels facilitated this abuse on a grand scale.”
According to her, the pervasive power dynamics have allowed these issues to remain hidden for over twenty years. She added, “When you have influence, you can manipulate everything. This all came to light because of a video showing him assaulting his girlfriend, along with other revelations from surveillance footage.”
