In the film, Zendaya portrays Tashi, a once-promising tennis player who shifts to coaching after an injury cuts her career short. “You can notice when someone is distracted by what they are doing or saying,” Zendaya noted. “I’ve experienced moments where my mind drifts during a take, wondering why I reacted a certain way,” she shared.
