The trailer for the new movie “The Tutor” dropped on March 1, and it features Noah Schnapp in a role unlike any he has ever played before. In the film, Schnapp plays Jackson, the son of a billionaire, who hires Ethan (Garrett Hedlund) as his tutor for $2,500 a day. However, Ethan soon realizes that there are many secrets hidden within the wealthy family, and Jackson’s strange behavior leads him to believe that the young boy is obsessed with him. When Jackson accuses Ethan of assaulting him and leaving deep bruises, Ethan is sure that Jackson is just playing a twisted game.
This marks Schnapp’s first movie appearance since 2020, when he acted in “Hubie Halloween” and “Waiting For Anya.” He is currently preparing to film the fifth and final season of “Stranger Things,” which is set to begin in June. In January, Schnapp also came out as gay in a TikTok video.
Joining Schnapp and Hedlund in “The Tutor” are Victoria Justice and Jonny Weston. The movie is set to release on March 24.
