As reported by Capital FM, Healy has been in relationships with famous faces such as FKA Twigs and modelGabriel Brooks. In addition, Healy reportedly dated Halsey and Ali Lohan. In a past chat with All Things Go, Halsey discussed her earliest encounter with Healy and his impact on her music. “When I first started writing I was a huge fan of this band called The 1975. I went to see them in concert, met Matty, and in a weird way he’s been influential to me just because of his lack of care,” Halsey said.

FKA Twigs was one of Healy’s most recent partners, as the two were together from 2020 to 2022. When the pair’s split became public in June 2022, a source opened up to The Sun about the breakup, saying, “Sadly things haven’t worked out. Those around them thought this was going to be it, but it hasn’t been the case.” FKA Twigs has since started seeing photographer and cinematographer Jordan Hemingway, the Daily Mail wrote in March 2023. As Healy is now rumored to have moved on with Swift, the two talented musicians have also worked together musically.
