Taylor Swift and Dianna Agron got a little too close for comfort, at least for Swifties. Because Swift and Agron formed such a great friendship, fans were convinced something romantic was going on between the two. And all the proof they needed seemed to be in Swift’s music.
One Swiftie took to Twitter to share their reasoning on the speculated theory in a thread of tweets. For one, “Wonderland” from Swift’s album “1989” was one of the many songs fans believed was about Agron. One tweet revealed that the “Glee” actor’s favorite movie was “Alice in Wonderland,” which happened to be similar to the title of the track. “Holy Ground” off the album “Red” was another song that included lyrics that were rumored to be about “The Family” actor. On the track, Swift sings, “I left a note on the door with a joke we made.” Although this seems broad, the Twitter user believed it referenced a time Swift left a note on Agron’s door during her birthday. The note read, “I’m a little [kitten] and I need to nurse because I’m a runt and I’m likely to fall victim to predators.”
In addition to the music, Suggest noted that many fans questioned both celebrities’ sexuality. However, Swift and Agron have only publicly dated men. If that wasn’t enough proof that they didn’t have a romantic relationship, the “Glee” actor has addressed the rumors head-on.
