According to Entertainment Tonight, Herman’s petition states that she needs a clarifying declaration from the court in order to resolve the dispute. This is in relation to her $30 million lawsuit against Woods for not allowing her to live in his residence. Woods has denied Herman’s claims, stating that he invited her to stay with him as a guest and that there was never a written or oral tenancy agreement between them. His representatives also argued that Herman’s legal strategy of suing his trust was an attempt to avoid her contractual obligation to arbitrate and to gain leverage by litigating her disputes in a public forum. Woods is no stranger to high-profile breakups, with his divorce from Elin Nordegren resulting in a $750 million settlement in her favor.
