10th Plenary Session of the Party Central Committee: Key Highlights and Insights

During the session’s commencement, Lam highlighted the significance of the timing as it coincides with the passing of Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, coupled with the extensive human and material losses inflicted by the typhoon across northern areas.

The meeting, which will take less time than originally planned, aims to discuss ten topics related to two groups of strategic issues along with a number of specific concerns, as mentioned by the top leader.
