A remarkable architectural marvel nestled in the heart of the Tam Coc-Bich Dong tourism area, covers a vast 3,000 square meters and weighs an impressive 3,000 tons.
Owned by Mr. Luong Van Quang, a dedicated stone carver from Ninh Thang commune in Hoa Lu district, who hails from a lineage of twelve generations of traditional stone craftsmen. His unwavering passion for stone carving motivated him to construct not just a home for his family but also a sanctuary for preserving national cultural heritage.
Primarily crafted from Ninh Van blue stone, the building blends stone, wood, concrete, and red tiles, with decorative stones sourced from Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands.
Mr. Quang shared, “My love for stone craftsmanship and desire to safeguard our cultural legacy through architectural marvel led me to envision this residence as a future repository of national history.”

The interior exudes a royal ambiance, boasting a grand hall on the ground level for guests, adorned with artworks and ceilings embellished with motifs portraying 4,000 years of Vietnamese history.
