Situated just 9 kilometers away from the heart of Phan Thiet city, the enchanting “Sunset Slope” attracts many young travelers with its peaceful and unspoiled allure. This location is an ideal spot to witness the sunset, where the golden tones blend harmoniously with the emerald sea.
Nestled at the base of Co Mountain in Phu Hai Ward, the “Sunset Slope” offers a picturesque viewpoint for sunset enthusiasts.
Every moment of the day brings a distinctive charm to this coastal area, but the prime time to visit “Sunset Slope” is typically between 4 and 6 PM. Traveling along this scenic route allows visitors to hear the calming sounds of the waves, inhale the fresh sea breeze, and watch the sea transform into a canvas of gold and amber hues.
During the evening, the slope becomes a popular destination for tourists. However, it is advisable for visitors to be cautious as this area is part of a busy road, and they should avoid stopping at blind curves or parking in a way that hinders traffic flow.
Local resident Le Kim Thanh highlights the growing popularity of this slope. “This area has garnered attention since the start of the year. It is truly a stunning location for sunset views with panoramic vistas. Visitors can also explore nearby attractions like Lau Ong Hoang and Ong Dia Rock,” he mentions.
In Phan Thiet, another notable slope known as the “Long Slope” is also attracting interest. Located on Xuan Thuy Street in Mui Ne, this slope provides awe-inspiring views of the lush sea and meandering mountain ranges in the distance, often likened to scenes from a music video.
