Previously known as “bun rieu ba mom” and now referred to as “bun rieu ba diec,” the stall has garnered a loyal following over the years. Hoa lovingly prepares the traditional dish with the same recipe passed down through generations, ensuring that the flavors remain authentic.

Situated on Nguyen Thiep street, near her residence, the stall continues to attract customers looking to savor a bowl of Hoa’s renowned bun rieu. Despite her hearing impairment, Hoa efficiently manages the stall, using a hearing aid to assist her in fulfilling orders accurately.

From 6 pm to 2 am every day, Hoa diligently serves her customers, with the busiest hours typically falling between 8 pm and 10 pm. The key to her delectable bun rieu lies in the rich broth, which she meticulously prepares by simmering bones for hours to extract maximum flavor.

Using fresh ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers, Hoa ensures that each bowl of bun rieu is crafted with care and attention to detail. Her dedication to quality and consistency has earned her a loyal customer base that appreciates her unwavering commitment to excellence.

Offering her signature dish at affordable prices ranging from VND25,000 to VND65,000, Hoa’s bun rieu caters to a diverse clientele, with options for additional toppings such as mantis shrimp, soya curds, and shrimp paste available for those seeking a truly indulgent experience.
