Bohee, a South Korean tourist, embarked on a challenging journey through the bustling streets of Hanoi to discover a famous egg coffee shop.
During her recent trip to Vietnam, Bohee and her boyfriend Jo explored various locations, with Hanoi being their first stop to delve into the local culture and cuisine.
Bohee’s main culinary interests in Hanoi were centered around trying pho and egg coffee, given her passion for Vietnamese coffee, which she indulges in during every visit to the country.
However, finding the elusive egg coffee shop in an old building on Hang Bac Street required Bohee to navigate through narrow alleys and climb steep staircases, turning her search into an unexpected adventure.
Despite the initial challenge of locating the café, the couple finally settled in and savored their iced milk coffees and the famous egg coffee, immersing themselves in the experience.
Bohee was thrilled by the unique presentation of the egg coffee and appreciated the rich and creamy blend infused with cocoa powder, although she found the accompanying coconut biscuit a bit too hard for her liking.
While the café’s cozy ambiance was slightly cramped, Bohee enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere created by the diverse clientele present, adding to the overall charm of the experience.
Aside from relishing egg coffee, the couple relished other Hanoi specialties like beef pho, lemon tea, and grilled beef pan dishes, while exploring the beauty of Hoan Kiem Lake and engaging in street portrait painting.
After their delightful stay in Hanoi, Bohee and her boyfriend embarked on further adventures to Sa Pa and Nha Trang, acknowledging that this trip to Vietnam had been exceptionally enjoyable, offering a diverse range of experiences from the northern to the southern regions.
