Tran Van Pho, known as Tam Pho, was born in 1962 in Hoa Binh Thanh commune in Chau Thanh district and grew up in a farmer family. His dedication to agriculture and hard work led to prosperity.
A Change in Lifestyle:
Tam Pho decided to become a vegetarian, gather medicinal herbs to help the less fortunate, and dedicated his fields to rescuing cows and buffaloes.
Rescuing Animals:
After years of raising cattle, he felt compelled to save the animals from slaughter. His farm now shelters 17 cows and five buffaloes saved from slaughterhouses.
The Moral Compass:
Despite facing criticism and disbelief from locals, Tam Pho remains committed to his mission of rescuing as many animals as he can. He sees it as his life’s purpose.
