The collector lanes of Thang Long Avenue are experiencing prolonged traffic congestion. This highway allows speeds up to 100 km/h, so traffic police stress that drivers heading toward downtown and surrounding areas should stay alert, maintain a safe distance, and follow road signs and police instructions.
