National Concert "Things Everlasting" showcases modern music innovation

The “Things Everlasting” concert kicked off at 2:00 PM on September 2 at the Hanoi Opera House with a rendition of the National Anthem, commemorating President Ho Chi Minh’s 1945 declaration of Vietnam’s independence.

Arranged by composer Tran Manh Hung and performed by the Sun Symphony Orchestra conducted by Olivier Ochanine, the National Anthem set a unique tone for the concert.

Attendees shared their appreciation for the event, noting its significance in politics, culture, and art, as well as its role in connecting people with their national pride.

The collaboration between the Sun Symphony Orchestra and a French conductor added a special touch to this year’s Independence Day celebration, highlighting the unifying power of music and art.
