After a thorough investigation, authorities have imposed a fine on the driver for not securing the car doors properly, resulting in a penalty of up to $240, but no further legal actions are planned.
Today at noon, the police department of Vinh City, Nghe An, revealed that the driver involved in the case of a naked woman falling from a moving vehicle will face a fine between $160 and $240.
Authorities stated that both individuals in the car were questioned, and neither tested positive for drugs.
The driver, identified as B.M.T, born in 1980 and residing in Trung Do Ward, Vinh City, was held accountable.
The police issued a report for an administrative violation against T. for “not properly securing a car door,” which directly caused the incident. This infraction incurs a fine ranging from $160 to $240 but does not result in a suspension of the driver’s license.
Earlier, on February 4, a two-minute video circulated online, capturing a vehicle with the license plate 37A-35xxx driving through Vinh City when its door abruptly swung open, causing a naked woman to fall onto the street.
The event took place on Hong Bang Street in Quang Trung Ward, as reported by local officials.
The woman, recognized as N.T.N, born in 1980, is also a resident of Quang Trung Ward. Authorities confirmed her fall was due to alcohol use, which led to her unstable state.
