Authorities Appeal for Assistance Following Child Abandonment Incident at Adamawa Hotel

Assistance Required in Locating Abandoned Child’s Family

 

The Police Command in Adamawa State is appealing for public assistance to find the family of a child left at People’s Hotel, located in the Nasarawo area of Demsa Local Government.

 

SP Suleiman Nguroje, the spokesperson for the police, reported on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, that the child was left at the hotel’s reception by her mother.

 

The mother informed the hotel staff that she would go out to buy food for her child but did not come back.

 

“Any information that could help identify the child’s parents or relatives would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out to the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of Adamawa State Command at 08065604764,” the announcement stated.
