An influencer has shared her distress over her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) outcome.
She recounted the shocking experience she faced after having a second, more extreme BBL procedure in Mexico.
The influencer, known as @TheeHtxHottiee, revealed that her cosmetic surgery turned into a harrowing ordeal that nearly cost her life.
She expressed that the surgery resulted in an excessively large backside.
Now, she is bringing attention to her experience as a cautionary tale about the unforeseen risks associated with BBL surgeries.
‘I went to get a tummy tuck along with a BBL,’ she shared. ‘My BBL is WAY too big – and it almost took my life.’
‘I was in surgery much longer than expected. I lost so much blood that I required six transfusions.’
What began as a cosmetic enhancement quickly became life-threatening as complications escalated.
Following the problematic procedure, she underwent five emergency surgeries, including a painful skin graft.
She posted on social media, displaying the dramatic changes resulting from what she now refers to as an ‘extreme BBL.’
While her first BBL recovery was smooth, the second operation almost proved fatal.
She mentioned: ‘Once I returned to the US, I spent nearly four months in the hospital battling a bloodstream infection and a skin infection where my tummy tuck incision was.’
‘They had to take skin from my thighs to graft onto my abdomen. My mother and twin sister feared I had died because there was no update for so long.’
‘When I finally woke up, they were already on their way to Mexico.’
‘I felt it was important to share my story. People often overlook the hazardous aspects.’
