Popular rapper and reality TV personality, Chrisean Rock, is currently in a legal predicament as she faces the possibility of an eight-year prison term following her arrest and extradition to Oklahoma in June on drug-related allegations.
Legal documents reveal that Chrisean Rock is presently held at the Northeast Oklahoma Community Corrections Center in Vinita, Okla., on charges related to drugs.
The 24-year-old artist has been accused of failing to possess a tax stamp for controlled dangerous substances (CDS) and for the possession of CDS with the intent to distribute them.
Chrisean Rock is staring at an eight-year sentence with each accusation carrying a four-year prison term.
According to the laws in Oklahoma, CDS encompasses a range of controlled substances such as narcotics, amphetamines, and various opiates. The possession with intent to distribute such substances constitutes a felony with a minimum sentence of two years imprisonment and a potential $20,000 fine.
Chrisean Rock’s legal woes commenced back in June 2024 when she was apprehended during Blueface’s court appearance in Los Angeles and subsequently sent back to Oklahoma due to an outstanding warrant for her 2022 arrest related to drug offenses.
