Nigerian artist Speed Darlington has criticized the supporters of VeryDarkMan, who have been calling for his involvement in a protest demanding VeryDarkMan’s release from EFCC detention.
In response to requests for him to join the #FreeVDM movement, Speed Darlington conveyed his irritation, highlighting that there was no protest for him during his own time behind bars.
He admonished his critics, encouraging them to focus on their ambitions and personal growth instead.
He stated:
“How many of you protested for me when I was locked up? God punish you! You come to my page to show me disrespect. Your peers are busy hustling, making their lives better..,”
