As it turns out, “home” for Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and baby Archie is now in Los Angeles rather than in Canada, where the family initially set up shop. Meghan and Harry are eyeing a mansion right around the corner from Pacific Palisades, a coastal and affluent residential neighborhood that is home to other famous celebs like Tom Hanks and Ben Affleck, according to the Daily Mail.
Unsurprisingly, the $13 million crib is no less than a castle itself. It boasts luxuries fit for a king and queen (or, rather, a duke and duchess) — six bedrooms, a pool and outdoor patio area shrouded by luscious greenery, priceless ocean views from various parts of the house, high cathedral ceilings, and their very own in-home cinema.
Combined, the various bright bedrooms, stunning staircase, and open floor plan strike the perfect balance between a sleek and cozy atmosphere. The property, which belongs to Fast and Furious producer Steve Chasman as of this writing, lands right in the couple’s $12 to $18 million budget and is in their preferred area.
A source close to the matter explained to Daily Mail, “Obviously, under lockdown, they won’t be moving house any time soon but they are both looking forward to laying down more permanent roots in Los Angeles, and making it home.”
