Netflix has been slowly ramping up its slate of non-scripted programming and Love is Blind became the center of their focus when it cracked the streaming service’s top ten at the end of February, just two weeks after its launch. Hosted by Vanessa and Nick Lachey, the series follows a group of single men and women as they enter solo pods in the hope of finding love by simply chatting but not seeing each other, akin to Married at First Sight, which also is produced by Kinetic Content.

Love is Blind is executive produced by Chris Coelen, Sam Dean, Ally Simpson, Eric Detwiler and Brian Smith and has been renewed for a second and third season, with casting currently underway for the next chapter in Chicago.

After earning an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Host in a Reality or Competition Program with Tidying Up, Netflix is continuing its partnership with organizing consultant Marie Kondo for a new series Sparking Joy with Marie Kondo, which will follow the host and her team as the set out to tidy up one small town in America. Viewers of the series are being asked to nominate a town for her “joy-sparking” mission via her website, TidyMyTown.com.

Sparking Joy is produced by Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz through their new production label Alfred Street Industries and executive produced by the duo alongside Kondo, Takumi Kawahara and Dan Volpe.

Based on the British series of the same name, The Circle follows a group of contestants catfishing their way to a $100,000 prize as they compete against each other in isolation via the titular fictional computer program. Hosted by Michelle Buteau, the series is produced by Studio Lambert and Motion Content Group and is currently in the casting process for a second and third season of the breakout hit.

Rhythm + Flow sees music judges Cardi B, Chance the Rapper and Tip “T.I.” Harris searching for the next hip-hop star as they’re joined by other industry stars looking for undiscovered artists across the states. The series is produced by Gaspin Media, Jessie Collins Entertainment and Get Lifted Film Co. with Jeff Gaspin, Jesse Collins, Dionne Harmon, Nikki Boella, John Legend, Mike Jackson, Ty Stiklorius, Jeff Pollack, Cardi B, Chance and Harris all executive producing.

It’s been incredible to see Netflix members everywhere respond to the raw, authentic stories of real people and real stakes,” Brandon Riegg, Netflix Vice President of Nonfiction Series and Comedy Specials, said in a statement. “We pride ourselves on creating a favorite show for any taste, and we’re thrilled fans embraced all of these series with such enthusiasm and shared passion. We look forward to sparking more joy for our members.
