“NNPC’s Credibility Hangs on the Operational Success of PH and Warri Refinery’s Catalytic Cracking Unit”

Nigerian journalist Rufai Oseni has shared his thoughts on the recent announcement regarding the reopening of the Warri Refinery’s operations.

This announcement was made by NNPC’s Mele Kyari on December 30.

In his response, the Arise TV news presenter expressed that he doesn’t support incomplete efforts. He stated,
“I will only regard the NNPC seriously once the catalytic cracking units at PH and Warri refineries are operational. I have no interest in partial solutions.”
