Today, May Edochie shared a heartfelt message on Instagram to console Awele, the wife of the late Jnr Pope, on what would have been their 10th wedding anniversary on July 26.

The late actor tragically passed away in a boat accident in April along with other crew members.

Despite his untimely death, the couple would have celebrated their tenth year of marriage today.

May, a close friend of the pair, reached out to Awele this morning to offer words of comfort and strength.

In her message, May expressed how the day could have been filled with celebrations and cherished memories, but reassured Awele by stating, “Stay strong, my dear @qutejay. The Lord God takes charge of His own, and He will always be there for y’all. Hang in there.”
