Once Were Brothers: Robbie Robertson and the Band is currently available On Demand and will arrive on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital on May 26, 2020.
From director Daniel Roher, Once Were Brothers: Robbie Robertson and The Band offers a backstage view of the popular rock ‘n’ roll band alongside Robbie and those closest to The Band, including Martin Scorsese, Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Taj Mahal, Ronnie Hawkins and more. Through rarely seen archival footage, audio and images, the film chronicles Robbie’s introduction to music and The Band’s revolutionary collaboration with Bob Dylan, to their final tour as one of the most influential groups of their era.
