According to David Umahi, Minister of Works, Nigerians should back President Tinubu in his efforts to reset the country and improve the lives of the people. Umahi made this plea during a visit to Governor Bala Mohammed in Bauchi.
Umahi is in Bauchi to show solidarity with the governor and residents following a tragic flood that claimed seven lives, destroyed homes, and disrupted roads in the state.
Recognizing the economic challenges inherited by the current administration, Umahi commended Tinubu for working diligently to transform the nation’s circumstances for the better.
He emphasized the need for Nigerians to rally behind the president and offer their prayers and support, stating, “We have no other nation, and I appeal to you and the people of Bauchi to endorse him.”
Umahi expressed his belief in Tinubu’s ability to reset and stabilize the country, highlighting the president’s strategic decisions and initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of citizens across various sectors.
He praised Tinubu’s interventions in areas such as financial aid, education, and energy, as well as his commitment to addressing security challenges and enhancing infrastructure development.
Despite regional concerns, Umahi emphasized Tinubu’s determination to bring about positive changes, especially in regions like the North-East.
