The Minister of Women Affairs, Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, has promised to take strong action against a man facing serious accusations of sexually assaulting two young sisters, aged eight and three.
In a recent video shared on October 15, the Minister, while meeting with the victims and their mother, expressed her determination to ensure that sexual offenders are held accountable for their actions.
She voiced her outrage that an adult would exploit and violate such young children.
“I will confront them. They will be the ones to flee, not me. How can a grown man assault a small girl and her even younger sister? Where does this happen? A three-year-old and an eight-year-old. I will make sure he learns his lesson,” she stated.
The Minister indicated that after addressing the situation, she would reveal the man’s identity so that the public could also respond to his actions.
During the discussion, the victims’ mother, overwhelmed with emotion, shared that she operates a chemist and often leaves her children at home to manage her store.
