Kylie Jenner might be ready to hunker down at home as the coronavirus spreads, but she’s not the only member of her famous family who’s prepared to battle COVID-19. Her sister, Kim Kardashian West, has also taken to social media to share the extreme precautions she’s taking to avoid illness.
With the help of a physician, Kardashian West posted an Instagram Story demonstrating “the new appropriate way to say hello.” As the doctor thoroughly washes his hands, the video shows him ankle-bump Kardashian West’s friend Cesar twice. Cesar then ankle-bumps the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. “You should not do elbows, because you cough into your elbow,” she emphasized. Not a fan of the ankle-bump? “A little bow” could work just as nicely, Kardashian West suggested.
Kardashian West’s oldest daughter, North, has also stepped her efforts to protect her family — well, her doll family, that is. The 6-year-old child of Kardashian West and rapper Kanye West made a quarantine home for her dolls, which bear a striking resemblance to the couple, to shield them from the virus. In the now-deleted live stream, Kardashian West gave fans a tour. “She made a quarantined section for Kim and Kanye,” the mom-of-four said, “with windows so we can look out.” She even gave them a bottle of Purell hand sanitizer just to be safe. What a considerate kid!
