The Ondo State Police Command has confirmed that the 6-year-old child who was abducted has been safely recovered and returned to his family.
A young boy, age six, was kidnapped in Okoga, located in the Igbokoda area of the Ilaje Local Government, Ondo State, but has now been rescued by law enforcement.
Reports indicate that the child was taken on the evening of Sunday, October 20, 2024, with a ransom being demanded for his release.
The police spokesperson, SP Funmilayo Odunlami, shared the news on social media on Wednesday, October 23, confirming that the boy is back with his parents.
