Whoever is lucky enough to purchase Adam Lambert’s Los Angeles home (if he finds a buyer this time around) will be able to enjoy a stunning contemporary house that includes plenty of features and amenities that make the home a dream residence.
Spanning around 3,800 square feet, the house, which was built in 1947, was “renovated and expanded” to its current size just a few years ago, according to the Los Angeles Times. Featuring three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, the master suite includes a walk-in closet and “a marble-clad bath.” There’s also a “broad island” in the kitchen, which is a space where guests will find marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Beyond that, there’s a climate-controlled wine wall and a theater in the home, as well as floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the rest of the property which stretches across 9,200 square feet and boasts “an entertainer’s backyard with reflecting pools, a spa, and a covered patio.”
As impressive as that all that is, it’s the sights from the outdoor area that may be one of the biggest selling points due to the fact that the “[v]iews from the property take in the canyon and city lights.” Perhaps it even offers a glimpse of Lambert’s other home, which isn’t too far away.
