Following a significant deal for Matheus Cunha, United is now anticipated to announce the signing of promising forward Enzo Kana-Biyik from Le Havre.
The 18-year-old has been on Manchester United’s radar for an extended period. According to reports (via Manchester Evening News), Kana-Biyik traveled to Manchester in April to finalize arrangements.
Since then, it has simply been about completing the final details, and the announcement is expected imminently, with the French youngster arriving on a free transfer.
While he didn’t make a first-team appearance at Le Havre, he trained consistently with the senior squad and netted nine goals along with one assist in just 16 matches for the U-19 team.
For a player still in the early stages of his career, that’s an impressive record, and United clearly recognizes his potential.

Although fans are excited about big-name acquisitions, United’s scouting department is diligently searching for future talents as well. Under the leadership of Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the club is focused on nurturing not only current stars but emerging talents.
