Terry’s Recommendations for Chelsea’s Summer Transfer Targets
Terry mentioned during a conversation with talkSPORT: “To make that next leap, it’s crucial to bring in someone reliable, who has a history of scoring in the Premier League. Usually, that means bringing in an experienced player.”
Nonetheless, Terry expressed concern that the owners are set on a different path, stating, “They’ve made it clear they won’t pursue that approach. They’re not interested in signing someone aged 29 or 30 for a high fee. Their philosophy is shifting. I believe we need [a veteran striker].”
Although Chelsea has been connected to numerous forwards ahead of the transfer window, Victor Osimhen appears to be the most suitable option for the club.
The talented Nigerian has consistently demonstrated his ability to find the net at every club he has represented, making him an excellent fit to strengthen Chelsea’s attacking front.
