In a recent statement, a Nigerian couple reveals that they opted for a caesarean section over vaginal delivery because they did not want anything to obstruct the female area.

The woman could be heard talking on the camera, and her husband could be heard supporting her.

She said, “I don’t want anything to tamper with that area at all. So all I wanted was to carry my bag to the hospital, open it, and get the baby out. That’s all. I don’t want any stress.”

As she said this, the husband added, “And to take care of your husband too.”

She continued, “I don’t want any stress or problems for myself, like going into labor (she said this while demonstrating labor pains).”

Social media users were prompted to remark on the couple’s statement, flooding the post’s comment page with their thoughts.
