The family of late actor Junior Pope respond to concerns over his viral funeral posters, including the absence of the ‘husband’ designation.

It should be noted that the family just revealed the late actor’s funeral plans, scheduled his burial for May 17th, 2024, in his homeland of Enugu state.
Several smart fans noticed that the obituary poster omitted the phrase ‘husband’, which generated speculation.
Junior Pope was married to Jennifer Awele before his death, and the couple had three boys, despite rumours of their divorce.
Responding to the circulating burial posters, Junior’s family on Instagram, clarified that it was not authorized by them. They acknowledged the need for corrections on the poster and requested the public’s assistance in taking down the viral burial posters.
The statement reads;
“Dear Junior Pope Fans, I wanted to bring to your attention that the current poster of our late brother Junior Pope displayed needs some corrections. The family has requested your assistance in bringing it down. They mentioned that the revised version will be released soon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation”.
