Manifested Better Treatment For My Coworkers. – My Story

Hi everyone, and thank you all in advance for reading my story.

I was working at a company as a dispatcher and as a result of poor management my team members suffered. My supervisor accused me of trying to steal her job and she was rude and disrespectful to the team members too. I did not like it but I loved them so much it hurt me that they were being neglected and management was so slow to keep a meeting to attend to them. On some days I would pray for my team and the success of the company. I wanted them to be happy.

So one day I got sick of it. I decided to leave because I felt like the team members were being abused and I was being a part of it by assigning orders to them. As an empath, I started feeling sick as a result of my supervisor’s negative energy. So I just quit.

As a result of my leaving and then explaining my reason to the management, now my team members are getting much better treatment, and they are going to have a meeting. Also, the supervisor started doing her job correctly. I am really glad and so grateful that my team is getting a much better and healthier work experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
